What is RSS?
RSS is an acronym for Real Simple Syndication and is based on XML (Extensible Markup Language). It is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites, news-oriented community sites, and personal weblogs. Once information is in RSS format, an RSS-aware program can check the feed for changes and react to the changes in an appropriate way.
RSS-aware programs called news aggregators are popular in the weblogging community. Many weblogs make content available in RSS. A news aggregator can help you keep up with all of your favorite weblogs by checking their RSS feeds and displaying new items from each of them.

| RSS Feed Instructions: |
- Download and install a FREE RSS Feed Reader.
- Select a Category from the list above.
- Click on the RSS button to the right of the category you have chosen.
- A page will open containing the actual XML code of that RSS Feed.
- Copy and paste the URL of that page into the "New Feed Input" section of your RSS Feed Reader.
- Once finished, the RSS Feed will have been added to your Reader. Repeat the process to add as many RSS Feeds as you prefer.
- Click on the file in your RSS Feed Reader to view the latest information.
